Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Crisfix Transfers airport transfer booking service. By making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Crisfix Transfers" / "we" / "us" — refers to Crisfix Ltd, the operator of the booking platform at transfers.crisfix.com
  • "Customer" / "you" — refers to the person making a booking through our platform
  • "Subcontractor" — refers to the local transport operator assigned to provide the transfer service
  • "Driver" — refers to the professional driver assigned to carry out your transfer
  • "Transfer" — refers to the private ground transportation service booked through our platform

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email. The confirmation email contains all relevant details including pickup location, destination, date, time, vehicle type, and price. It is your responsibility to verify all booking details upon receipt of the confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are fixed prices for the entire vehicle, not per person. The price shown at the time of booking is the final price and includes:

  • Door-to-door private transfer
  • Meet and greet service at the airport
  • Flight tracking and monitoring
  • Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups
  • All applicable taxes

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time exceeding 60 minutes for airport pickups or 15 minutes for other pickup locations
  • Changes to the destination after the transfer has begun
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking price.

No-show: If you fail to meet your driver at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notification, the full booking price will be charged with no refund.

To cancel a booking, log into your account and select the cancellation option.

5. Modifications

You may modify your booking details (flight number, pickup time, number of passengers) subject to availability. Modifications that require a change in vehicle category may result in a price adjustment. To modify your booking, log into your account or contact our support team.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information, including correct flight numbers and contact details
  • Being at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Ensuring the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's maximum capacity
  • Behaving respectfully towards the driver and keeping the vehicle clean
  • Wearing seatbelts at all times during the transfer
  • Ensuring children are properly secured in appropriate child restraints

7. Our Responsibilities

Crisfix Transfers acts as a booking platform connecting passengers with professional transport operators. We are committed to:

  • Assigning your booking to a licensed and vetted subcontractor
  • Providing accurate booking confirmations and driver details
  • Monitoring flights and adjusting pickup times for delays
  • Offering customer support before, during, and after your transfer

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality of the transfer service, Crisfix Transfers acts as an intermediary between passengers and transport operators. The subcontractor providing the transfer is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and compliance with local transport regulations.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a service failure, our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

9. Luggage

Each vehicle has a specified luggage capacity. It is your responsibility to ensure your luggage fits within the vehicle's capacity as described at the time of booking. Oversized or excess luggage that cannot be safely accommodated may result in the driver being unable to complete the transfer.

10. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer with a description of the problem.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Crisfix Transfers website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Crisfix Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
