Booking & Reservations
How do I book an airport transfer?
Simply visit our transfer booking page, enter your pickup airport, destination, travel date, number of passengers, and click search. You will see available vehicles with fixed prices. Select your preferred option, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive an instant confirmation by email.
Can I book a return transfer at the same time?
Yes. During the booking process you can add a return journey. The return trip will appear as a separate booking in your account, making it easy to manage each leg of your journey independently.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your transfer. However, last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on driver availability in your destination area. The earlier you book, the more vehicle options you will have.
Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes, you can modify your booking details (such as flight number, pickup time, or passenger count) by logging into your account and editing the booking. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing if the vehicle category changes.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. The price displayed during booking is the total price for the entire vehicle, not per person. There are no hidden fees, toll charges, or fuel surcharges. The price includes meet-and-greet service, flight monitoring, and waiting time.
When am I charged?
Payment is processed at the time of booking. This guarantees your transfer and locks in your price, regardless of any future rate changes.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
On the Day of Your Transfer
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name. You will also receive the driver's contact details in your booking confirmation email, so you can get in touch directly if needed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's pickup time will be adjusted automatically. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle has a specified luggage capacity shown during the booking process. As a general guide, a standard sedan accommodates 2-3 suitcases, while minivans and minibuses can carry significantly more. If you have oversized luggage or special equipment, please mention it in the booking notes.
Can I bring a child seat?
Child seats can be requested during the booking process. Availability depends on the local operator. We recommend adding a note to your booking specifying the age and weight of the child so the driver can prepare the appropriate seat.
